Food was ok. When we asked the waitress if the soup of the day (tomato) was homemade, she briskly replied “no, none of our soups are homemade, not like when John owned it”. I don’t know/care who John is. This was off putting. The service was slow. The inside bar area (dining was closed) smelled of cigarette smoke because they allow smoking on part of the deck and then open a window, there were flies everywhere for the same reason. I guess I should have just sat outside? Is name brand ketchup too expensive?

this was a few weeks ago now and i just remembered to leave a review bc i plan on returning LOL all of our food was bangin! but i really recommend the gyro, french fries and the onion rings. it gets busy on thursdays bc of bingo but the staff really does well to accommodate you. the restaurant is also huge and the outdoor seating is nice for the summer. can’t wait to come back!

Attending a lamb roast event and got our slow roasted by the pound. The atmosphere was very celebratory, and a band was playing Croatian music and everyone was very friendly. The lamb was so well seasoned and delicious. Can’t wait for the next lamb roast!

Will absolutely not ever visit this restaurant again. I have never been treated like such an annoyance without even getting to order anything. My boyfriend and I stopped here after work for a quick beer and bite to eat. Unfortunately my boyfriend’s wallet was lost recently. We figured it was a long shot, but he tried to show proof of ID through a picture. The bartender was SO rude about it. I get it, she can’t accept it. No problem. He would have been fine ordering a coke. However, she asked for mine after I already had put it away without realizing she hadn’t looked at it yet. She was so rude and demeaning that I just asked for it back and decided we would just leave. We did NOTHING to be treated so rudely. I was embarrassed that customers heard someone talking to me like that. Is this how you want your image?

The food was decent. I enjoyed the fish sandwich with the boom boom sauce. Both the fries and chips were good sides. The French Onion was a good balance of broth, onions, bread and cheese. The spice on top of the soup was a bit strong. My friend enjoyed the Shrimp salad, but said it was a bit over dressed. Dressing on the side might be the way to go. The service was another story. Being short staffed wouldn't even cover the slowness that we experienced. It was easily 20 minutes between visits. Even after clearing out plates just to ask if we wanted the checks there was a long wait.
